Tongue: pale, maybe orange sides Pulse: thready, thin
Indications: Scanty menses, Blurred vision, Night blindness, Eye floaters, Muscular weakness, Palpitations, Insomnia, Dry hair, Dry skin, Pale complexion, Pale lips, Numbness, Dizziness, Amenorrhea, Blurring vision, Night blindness, Depression, Petechiae, Painful menses, Impotence, Roughness of genital tissue [34] • Dizziness, tinnitus; blurry vision, dry eyes, or night blind, or floaters; pale, brittle or withered nails, numbness of limbs, muscle twitching, joints stiffness, trembling of hand and feet. In women, scanty menses with light color bleeding, or amenorrhea; pale lips and tongue, wiry and thready pulse [32] • For numbness and tingling - both sides is Blood Deficiency, one sided is Blood Stagnation. Pale nails, blurry vission/ photophobia, tendon spasms, scanty menses.[42] • Issues with tendons/spasms/cramps (limbs), eyes (blurry vision, floater, dryness, night blindness), brittle nails, scanty menses[35]
