Directions:  Grind the ingredients and decoct over low heat from 7 cups of water to 3 cups of liquid.  Goal of this formula is to induce sweating.  Therefore, bundle up before drinking the first cup of liquid.  If sweating occurs, stop using the rest of the decoction.  If sweating does not occur, drink the next cup.
