Commentary: Zhen Ren(真人) means the highest level of health. Yin Zu Ke is opium husk and is illegal in the U.S. One of the side effects of Yin Zu Ke is to slow down bowel moment. Since this is the chief herb, without it, this formula is not available for usage. Rou Dou Kou thickens the intestines. Ren Shen tonifies Qi. Bai Zhu strengthens Spleen. |
