Indications: Pi syndrome due to Cold-Heat complex [35] • Fullness distention in epigastria, vomiting, diarrhea, yellow greasy coating [31] • Epigastric focal distention (fullness, discomfort, but not hardness on palpation). Poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, borborygmus, diarrhea, or loose stools. A sensation of fullness in the chest and epigastrium Possibly slight thirst. T: yellow, greasy coating. P: wiry, rapid [42]
