SHI GAO/ ZHI MU: Dui Yao for Yangming/ Qi level heat with four big signes (fever, sweat, thirst, pulse) and Lung phlegm heat. Xiao Ke(upper jiao) with plydipsia, excess Lung heat with dry mouth, dry tongue. Bai Hu Tang, Yu Nu Jian, Qing Wen Bai Du San.[35] ■ SHI GAO/GUI ZHI: (hot-cold): clear heat & free flow of the vessels for hot, swollen, painful joints. ■ SHI GAO/ JING MI: clear heat while protecting Stomach Yang. ■ SHI GAO/ XI XIN: Stomach Heat toothache, bleeding/swollen/painful gums, oral ulcers, and glossitis. Headache due to Wind-Heat entering the clear orifices.[35]
