Location
Locate at the visible highest point of the paraspinal muscles.
Needling
Type: Transverse, Oblique    Depth:  0.5 to 1 cun, 1 to 1.5 cun
Description: 0.5 to 1 cun, oblique or 1 to 1.5 cun transverse-oblique. Needle directing towards the spine, . 
Caution: Needling away from the spine can cause pneumothorax.

Regulate Heart Qi: Chest pain, heart pain and oppression, palpitations, breathlessness, irregular pulse

Nourish Heart and Calm Shen: anxiety, mania, depression, poor memory, sadness, insomnia and excessive dreaming, incessant walking
