Notes: Lu Jiao Jiao has the same action as Lu Rong, but with a weaker overall effect. Lu Jiao Jiao dispels toxins, invigorates Blood, and clear abscesses, ulcers, and toxic swellings. It also relieves pain from blood stasis in tendons, lumbar and bones.[35] • Lu Rong is the strongest at tonifying Yang, Jing and Blood. Overuse can lead to heat issues like headache, palpitation, nosebleed, bloodshot eyes. [42]
