Dui Yao
LING ZHI/DA ZAO: mutual reinforcement of action to harmonize restlessness, tonify Spleen, and tonify blood. This combination is often used in Ling Zhi Chinese chicken soup (particularly black chicken).

Formulas with Ling Zhi
Ling Zhi is not often found in formulas. It can be consumed in various forms like tea, powder, or supplements or by boiling the mushroom in water. It is most often used in a soup with some form of protein (chicken, pork).
