Description: Perpendicular insertion 0.5 to 1 cun.
Caution: Spinal canal. Contraindicated for Moxa for age <20.

Energetics 1
Important point for KD yang deficiency. Lumbar spine: pain and stiffness of lumbar which may radiate to abdomen. KD Xu lumbar pain. Deficiency lumbar pain, cold Bi of hands/feet
