Heart C1 (Coronary Point): This ear point Relieves heart palpitations, tachycardia, arrhythmias, chest pain, angina, hypertension, hypotension, post-heart attack dysfunctions, and poor blood circulation. In TCM, the heart functions to tranquilize the mind it can thus be used to relieve anxiety, insomnia, neurasthenia, poor memory, perspiration, and night sweats and to regulate blood and reduce heart fire excess.
