YIN QIAO CONFLUENCE POINT: regulate Yin Qiao mai, nourish KD Yin, soothe throat, clears deficiency heat, regulate lower jiao, calms spirit, foot INVERSION. If a patient has both insomnia and somnolence, then treat BL62 and KI6. If only insomnia, then BL62. Jet-lag-tonify KD6 and sedate BL62, for daytime arrival, drowsiness, brain fog or tonify BL62 and sedate K6 for insomnia (difficulty falling asleep, wake up frequently, dream disturbed sleep) |
