Lung 1 (Contralateral Lung): Found on the peripheral region of the inferior concha, below the concha ridge. Nogier contended that the lungs were located throughout the inferior concha. The Chinese limit the Lung 1 point to that region of the inferior concha peripheral to the Heart point. • Lung 2 (Ipsilateral Lung): Found on the lower region of the inferior concha, inferior to the Chinese Heart point. In Nogier’s work, he states that the whole inferior concha represents the lungs. • Lung E: This endodermal organ is found throughout the inferior concha of Territory 2. The Nogier representation of the lung in the inferior concha incorporates the Chinese ear points for Lung 1, Lung 2, and Bronchi.[37] |

Lung 1 (Contralateral Lung): Relieves respiratory disorders such as asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, emphysema, coughs, tuberculosis, sore throats, edema, chest stuffiness, and night sweats. [37] |

Lung 2 (Ipsilateral Lung): Like the Chinese Lung 1 point, this second ear point for the lungs relieves problems related to all respiratory disorders, addiction disorders, and skin disorders. Although some texts state that the Chinese Lung 1 point is more often used for respiratory disorders and the Chinese Lung 2 point is more often used for addiction disorders, both Lung points seem to be equally effective for either type of health problem. The more critical variable is to determine which Lung point is more electrically conductive. |
