LOWER HE-SEA POINT of the STOMACH: 1) Diseases of the Fu organ. MOST IMPORTANT FOR TREATING STOMACH DISORDERS: It’s the point to end all points. It both reduces and tonifies. It goes to the top and down to the bottom. If a patient leaves without this point being needled, you need to explain why because it does so many things. It’s on the meridian that has the most Qi and blood. 2) BEST POINT ON THE BODY FOR HARMONIZING ST and TONIFYING SP and is used for every kind of ST or SP problems. 3) Stomach Qi rebellion - hiccups, belching, nausea, vomiting, morning sickness. 4) Spleen Qi deficiency - a) Transform food: digestive problems, gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation • Qi Deficiency • Blood deficiency b) Transform Water: Dampness - heaviness in extremities, fatigue • Phlegm retention - chronic cough, phlegm, nodules, vertigo, reduced concentration, depression
