1 cun above ST-39 • On the lower leg • Midway between the tibiofemoral joint line (level with the popliteal crease) and the prominence of the lateral malleolus • One finger breadth lateral to the anterior tibia crest
Needling
Type: Perpendicular, Oblique    Depth:  1 to 1.5 cun
Description: Perpendicular or oblique insertion 1 to 1.5 cun

SHOULDER: acute pain, limited movement. Great shoulder joint - especially FROZEN SHOULDER. Have patient facing you, needle it and have the patient move the shoulder until it frees up.
