Indications: Lung and Kidney Qi deficiency, phlegm heat cough and wheezing. Breaths out more than in, low voice, shortness of breath, yellow thick phlegm, blood laced sputum, restless heat in chest[Song]
Contraindications: wheezing due to excess

Commentary: Traditionally, the formula requires one pair (male/female) of gecko. Today, this doesn't really apply. There are so many types of gecko. This is more found in the Canton area. Most important part of Ge Jie is the tail. They can regenerate the tail naturally.
