There are three different groups clinical manifestations – Dian(yin madness) – Xian(epilepsy)– Phlegm Syncope(minor stroke) [32]

Phlegm Fire harassing the heart has HEAT and tends to be manic, have palpitations, agitation, bitter taste, tongue ulcers, dark urine. [35]
