Bleeding gums, swollen painful gum, Dry stools, Dry mouth, Pain after eating, Vomiting after eating, Severe thirst, Like cold liquid, Mental restlessness, Acid reflux, Toothache, Mouth ulcers, Fever, Constipation, excessive hunger, sour regurgitation, 4 Bigs, sensation-heat [Maciocia] • abdominal burning pain which resistant to pressure, thirst and desire to drink cold water, excessive appetite which EAT A LOT BUT STILL FEELS HUNGRY, or bad breath, or painful, swelling, bleeding of the teeth and gums, sores in the mouth, constipation with dry stool, scant yellow urine, a red tongue with yellow coating, a slippery and rapid pulse [32] • STOMACH PHLEGM FIRE: thick yellow sticky coat, yellow prickles inside a midline crack. P: rolling, rapid, full. Stuffiness of the epigastrium, less thirst, mental derangement, insomnia, mucus in stool.[35]

Stomach Fire - gum swelling, epigastric ares. 3 kinds of thirst: Excess fire-drink lots of cold water at once; Yin Deficiency heat - sip little water; Damp-heat - thirst but no desire to drink. [35]
