This is a placeholder policy for AiQUIN's prototype. It is not a substitute for a legal document and should not be relied on before the product handles real patient or user data — a qualified attorney should draft the policy AiQUIN actually launches with, including any HIPAA-related obligations.
What we collect
To create a profile, we collect the information you enter directly: your name, contact details, license information, practice details, and anything else you choose to add to your profile. If you submit a referral or recommendation letter, we collect the information included in that letter.
How we use it
We use your information to operate AiQUIN — showing your profile to other users, powering search, verifying license information with state boards where applicable, and sending you account-related email (like license expiration reminders).
What we don't do
We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
