My Background and Treatment Approach
I use a gentle, trauma-informed style combining fine-needle acupuncture, cupping, and customized Chinese herbal medicine. My philosophy is that healing is a collaborative journey to help the body return to its natural state of balance. For my peace and and downtime, I like hiking, practicing yoga, gardening and working on a trail system for water conservation on a hill side.
